Low velocity Microtex

LV-M

Displacement air diffuser made from micro-perforated Microtex fabric, designed for very long cleaning intervals with only a minimal increase in pressure loss. Application: Cooling and isothermal ventilation.

Only about 6% of the air flows through the fabric structure, preventing condensation when the temperature falls below the dew point.

They are used to provide an even and draught-free supply of cooled or isothermal air.

Features

The air is discharged primarily through 40,000 holes per square metre of fabric surface rather than through the fabric structure itself. The required air permeability is achieved using hole diameters between 300 and 700 µm. Variable-focus, pulsed CO₂ lasers create precise perforation geometries.

The thermally fixed holes remain dimensionally stable throughout their entire service life, ensuring that the air permeability remains unchanged. (ORAVEN Microtex)
